As they grow we teach our children and grandchildren how to walk, talk, and navigate the social world; in turn they teach us the joy of discovery and beauty and delight of simple acts. In our prayer life today let us always commend our children and grandchildren to Our Lord’s loving protection and let us with grateful hearts receive the gift of joy which they show us.
