The greatness of a person is not measured by one’s bank account, job title, one’s address, or athletic prowess. In our Lord’s eyes greatness is measured by the depth of one’s heart and one’s capacity for mercy, love, and compassion. In our prayer life today let us remember that what is true of individuals is also true of nations.
